2. Services Description

ResearchMagnify provides medical research support services including grant writing, FDA regulatory consulting, systematic reviews, meta-analysis, and AI-powered research tools.

3. Professional Services

Our services are provided for professional research purposes. While we strive for excellence, we make no guarantees regarding grant approval, FDA clearance, or publication acceptance.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely review and approval of deliverables
• Meeting payment obligations
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables. ResearchMagnify retains the right to use de-identified project information for case studies and marketing purposes.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements upon request.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension and interest charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

ResearchMagnify's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for completed work remain due upon termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where services are performed.
